Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and support to address their energy storage needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor our energy solutions to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Identify new business opportunities, helping to expand the adoption of our technologies across various industries.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and the seamless implementation of projects.
  • Monitor industry trends and client needs, ensuring our solutions remain relevant and innovative.
  • Act as the voice of the client within the company, communicating feedback and ensuring that client priorities are aligned with product development.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure a smooth transition from client engagement to product delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within the energy, technology, or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and driving collaborative efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on building long-term, strategic partnerships.
